Ben Dang was the vendor's agent for a property we purchased in Box Hill North. We also met him at a few other open for inspections that Harcourt were managing. At all stages, he was courteous and professional. When we asked for changes to be made to the contract of sale, he ensured that the changes were made. When we requested that the vendor remove some items still remaining in the house at the final inspection, he passed on those requests immediately.
