Did a good job in difficult trading condition

We instantly liked Ben. When we expressed our interest in the property he went out of his way to find us a realtor in our area with a successful sales history to sell our house. This was extremely helpful as the house sold very quickly which then enabled us to buy our dream home in Shoal Bay. Throughout the whole process of purchasing the house Ben was very professional in every way and always kept in close contact with us keeping us informed on the latest proceedings and happenings. It was also lovely meeting Laura who initially showed us through the house. She gave us enough time to thoroughly look over the property and took all our commentary back to Ben who was then able to follow up on our enquiries. We found the whole experience very easy and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with both Ben and Laura.
