I was very pleased with the way Ben and his helpful team went about the sale of my Duplex. At first I was reluctant to spend extra funds on styling but, after some negotiation, it turned out to be very beneficial in attracting potential buyers. Also, work on the vegetation, as well as pressure cleaning was a big help. These initiatives resulted in the production of very attractive flyers.Ben keenly went to the trouble of follow ups on potential buyers and was happy to conduct additional inspections when things looked promising. After less than three weeks,Ben was successful in negotiating an acceptable offer for my property which I was pleased with!
