Ben oversaw our house purchase recently, with most of our day to day contact being with his colleague Jack Gair. Jack was friendly and efficient, and focussed on our needs as buyers. He consistently returned calls, and provided requested details promptly. As a result of a sudden change in the planned auction schedule, both Ben and Jack worked professionally to ensure our interests as ‘remote buyers’ were considered, and communicated efficiently with us to ensure we could adapt to the altered sale campaign.
