Ben was always easy to get ahold of and regularly kept in contact via email, text messages and phone calls. He continuously made himself available to view the property and to contact the previous owners if required. Ben was always positive and reaffirmed the prior occupants when the bank asked for an extension. We would highly recommend Ben for future buyers.
