I owned an unusually shaped block (battleaxe) with a contemporary and unconventional house. I knew it would probably be difficult house to sell since it did not fall into a category that people tended to expect on a rural block. With that in mind, I asked a variety of large and small realtors value my home and offer their ideas on how they might position it for sale.
