I initially purchased my apartment from Ben back in 2009 in the West End Central Apartments building. He was great to deal with as a buyer, and I knew he intimately understood the South Brisbane market and that building in particular, so I didn't hesitate to use him when it came time to sell. He was realistic and gave me sound and timely advice. It sold within a couple of weeks once it went on the open market, and the whole experience was hassle-free. Highly recommend Ben. You can't do better than someone with as much experience and local knowledge as him.
