He was great to deal with as a buyer, and I knew he intimately understood the South Brisbane market and that building in particular, so I didn't hesitate to use him when it came time to sell. He was realistic and gave me sound and timely advice. It sold within a couple of weeks once it went on the open market, and the whole experience was hassle-free. Highly recommend Ben. You can't do better than someone with as much experience and local knowledge as him.

Ben ticked all the boxes I was looking for in an agent to sell my South Brisbane property. This was the second property Ben sold for me in the span of nine years. Both times I was impressed by Ben's market knowledge and his ability to read and manage people - he employed different techniques this time around as the market had changed, but the fundamentals remained the same. I am always very impressed by Ben, and I would both recommend him highly to others and choose him again myself if needed. He is always very honest and hardworking, and although it was a difficult market and long process this time, I always felt I could trust he was trying his hardest and being honest with me, which was very reassuring.

He secured a smooth sale and an excellent price for our home. We also used them to purchase our first home in West End. I met Ben Jackson at the property and discussed my options. Ben described a range of activities and actions in relation to marketing the unit. His estimate of price range was very accurate so I knew pretty much what to expect. It was a case of Ben pairing a motivated buyer with a motivated seller. Ben kept me updated in relation to open house and inspections and it sold very quickly and for about what I was after. Having the issues of Covid 19 as a consideration didn't seem to be a problem. I was given realistic advice consistent with my own research. Property sold quickly but. Ben and staff continued to manage the sale to meet various issues required of by buyer. Seamless from my point of view.
