Ben James was excellent to deal with in the purchase of the property at 5 Rosemount Street, Dapto. As we had to travel a distance to view the property, he went out of his way to accommodate us with an appointment for an inspection of the property that suited our timetable. Over and above the usual publicity material associated with the sale, he followed up with additional information by email.
