While searching for our first home, we spent over six months viewing properties and speaking with agents in the area. We eventually found our dream home which was listed by Ben James. Ben was extremely friendly and helpful from our first meeting and explained at the start that council approval for the property's new garage was not finalised. Knowing how badly we wanted the house, Ben liaised with certifiers, structural engineers and solicitors to get it over the line.
