Ben helped the reviewer sell this property

I was kept well informed as the marketing for the property progressed.

We have used Ben for two property sales & were very happy with both outcomes. I believe he has realistic market expectations. This sale had an unexpected challenge which he handled professionally & with discretion. He respected my expectations and at no stage did I feel pressured. He was open and honest and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thankyou, Ben, for a job well done.
