The decision to sell our "family home" was one that we had been delaying for over a year. Our Dad had passed away back in 2001 and then we lost our Mum in 2010. Our brother continued to live in the house after Mum died - he had moved in to care for her when she was no longer independently mobile and was also becoming increasingly frail.
