We interviewed several agents before entrusting the sale to any agent, and although we interviewed several who were very professional we found that Ben and his assistant Josh were just what we were looking for. From the very first contact I could tell that Ben paid attention to every detail - from timing of the interview, to presentation and finally the very placement of the signs. I found that Ben respected my views and ideas as a seller whilst using his expertise to guide us through the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble including working late at night to get the deal done. Josh as Ben's assistant is just as switched on - you can tell that the training he is receiving is of the highest caliber as his dealings with us were just as professional and detailed.
