I will recommend Ben &Geoff to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property. I informed Ben &Geoff that I wanted to sell my property.They inspected my property and advised me to improve the property if I wanted a higher price then what I expect. Sorry to say when I sold my other property by grants 15 years ago they never advised me to improve the property and I lost money on that property.Ben & Geoff did many inspections and even asked me to remove furniture to present the property well.I bought a property off the plan from Ben for $410,000 and today the property is valued at $485,000. We took upon LJ Hooker to sell our property they where approachable and well presented.The are a young team and we gave them a go. They kept us up to date all the time throughout their service. On the day of the auction the prepareation was well presented Geoff done an excellent job. We had a reserved price , but when Ben called it on the day we we're very happy and his standards were fantastic. If we were to sell our property again I wouldn't hesitate in getting Ben and Geoff to do it all over again.

We received excellent service and information for the sale of our house. House got sold in 22 days for the price which we expected. Initially we had much higher price then Ben showed us other properties in the area that were saw and we quickly knew why we should be aiming. At the end we got the price we were targeting. It all happened too quick, at first I thought we needed more time but in the end we can conclude that it all happened as if Ben had written the scrip before. Final result was just as he told us. He did tell us to make some small improvements to the house which was to our benefit.

It was an amazing experience to deal with Ben, he replied to all our inquiries almost instantly and was really helpful at all stages, at the same time he was not pushy, which is quite common for the field. Moreover, he provided a few valuable pieces of advice and the communication was a pleasure.
