We instantly knew from our first meeting with Ben that he was the agent for us. He showed interest in our property from the moment he walked in. Other agents seemed to rush through the property without taking much notice of the quality of fittings we had in the house and seemed in a hurry to get us signed up and move on to someone else. His sales pitch was up front and honest and his indicative price range for our house seemed very realistic and not a price that would sell the house quickly, just to get another sale. Ben and Geoff's communication during the sale was excellent and we always got feedback after every open for inspection we had, as well as weekly reports in the mail. From the beginning right up until the house was sold and contracts were signed both Ben and Geoff were extremely professional in everything they did and I'd highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.
