I have answered only because Ben deserves better then to tick anything else but 5! Personal comment on Agent: Very likeable young man, good personality and a relaxed style of communication. Always attentive and followed up with any queries' we had in relation to the purchase. Would recommend him to any one else looking to sell or purchase property.
