I had two dealings with Ben when I was looking to buy a new property. One deal didn’t proceed as the offer I made was subject to sale and the second went through as I’d sold my property by that time. I was impressed by Ben’s professionalism and general approach. I felt that he always acted in the best interest of his vendors but not to the extent that it was to my detriment.
