I thought Ben did a good job of promoting my property for sale to prospective buyers But I was a little disappointed on the feedback aspect seeing I had 12 to 14 people look at my property and of those only 2 showed interest and put in a price So it says either there was something wrong with my property that did not meet with the prospective clients ideals / price was too high/Agent did not pursue the reasons for not putting in a price I as a property owner selling my house would like to know the reasons they did not like the property whether Good or Bad That was my only concern .Overall I was happy with the end result Brian Jennings
