We hadn't sold a house for 40 years so needed someone to guide us through the process. We found Ben to be professional and friendly and a good listener. We benefitted from clear explanations of the steps to be followed, with a calendar of dates to guide us, but flexible enough to be changed as necessary. Costs were clearly outlined.
