Once upon a time: I attended an open home where I met the most enthusiastic real estate agent “El” Chapter 2: Made the decision to sell my little townhouse, I contacted El immediately. If you want a real estate that does not give you BS or only interested in commissions, then Eli and the “Better” team are for you. El and Michelle treat you like a friend, they tell you how it is, they don’t blow smoke up your butt, but once you deal with them you will be blowing smoke up theirs. 😊 They are the type of people you would like to hang out with after work and have a few laughs. They make you feel so stress free. El got ‘me’ and what I wanted and tailored the sales campaign around this. They have the best styler “Flynn”. I was hesitant to use styling, but if I can say one thing, use it, forget the cost, it will make your home look amazing. Chapter 3: 7 Days WTF, 7 Days, El had my house sold, I could not believe it.
