Really enjoyed selling with Ben. He had a great feel for the market, took time to understand the property and ensure it shone during the campaign, and was utterly professional in all his communications with us. He didn't push us to settle for less than what we wanted and negotiated a great outcome.
Ben and Tracey were phenomenal! They made the entire process feel easy and actioned everything within a tight time frame. They were clear and concise about how to get the best price for the property and gave genuine feedback along the way. I felt advocated for throughout the whole process and would highly recommend them to anyone that asks.
Ben was very helpful. He brought a very thorough and well designed sales pitch to our first meeting and was the only agent that followed up with us within a few days after our first meeting. The sales process went well, with only a few minor hiccups which were promptly corrected. The auction process wasn’t the ideal outcome we wanted but Ben was very good at not swaying us one way or the other. He was very good at keeping our wants and desires at the forefront of the whole campaign.
