This is the second property we have sold with Ben as our agent. In both cases, he was highly professional and very easy to deal with. He provided very good advice and assistance with preparing the properties for market, which was particularly valuable in the most recent sale as we live interstate. He proposed and implemented a marketing strategy that gained very good results for both sales in a timely manner resulting in a (relatively!) stress free experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben and Tracy as agents – and have done so to many friends – and would go straight to them if I had another property to sell!
