Ben & Tracey were very easy to deal with, on initial meeting and inspection of the property they were very thorough in identifying items that required rectification prior to going onto the market. Ben kept us up to date all the way through and was easily contactable when and if we had any questions. The fact they had maintenance people available for our use made it so much easier to bring it up to scratch and get it on the market quickly.
