To clarify my rating, in all fairness I understand why initially Ben wasn't certain how much a home/block my size in this location could potentially sell for. He did some research online, in conjunction with my knowledge of the area, and his estimate was spot on.I appreciate all Ben did to achieve the final result! I am still overwhelmed with how fast everything happened and will recommend him to anyone!

Ben is a very nice and polite agent with well experience and market knowledge, he gave us lots of helpful and professional advices during the whole sale progress. The thing I do really appreciate is that he always replies our email very quickly, and also texts/calls us to report everything new, it can let us know if our schedule is right on track.
