Would recommend Ben to anyone wishing to sell their home

I contacted Ben Palmer of Raine & Horne in regards to a property I noticed for sale at Lauderdale. The property was not exactly what I was looking for but Ben convinced me to check it out anyway. Two days later I put an offer in and this was on New Year's Eve. Ben was contactable before & after hours and I actually received an acceptance at 11pm on New Year's Eve to my surprise. The owner was in Queensland and the property in Tasmania so I would imagine many phone calls for this deal to proceed the way it did. Ben has been both courteous and professional to both myself and the previous owner. Ben keeps in contact and also gave me an extensive list of trades people to deal with the property and more.

In the beginning, Ben was available at short notice to show me through a house that was just about to hit the market! It was perfect for me in many ways - so perfect in fact that I decided almost immediately that I wanted to make an offer - Ben negotiated with the owners well into the late hours on that Friday night - negotiations were completed and documents signed around about 11 pm! From there on Ben was always available to give me information required about aspects of the sale. Ben kept in close contact with me throughout the whole process even to the extent of loaning me a lock for the new shed and assisting me to dismantle the walking machine so the removalists could fit this through the door on moving day!!! He always seemed to turn up at the right moment and was very helpful. I recommend Ben as a helpful, knowledgable, hard working agent that made the purchase of my property much less daunting and stressful that it could have been. Thankyou Ben!!! I am very happy in my new home!
