Ben was by far the best agent I’ve experienced. Had an older house. Ben was able to guid me in what to fix, and what to replace to ensure we could get the best result, and continued to check in along the way. Eg painting, blinds, if we staged it or not etc. I was very impressed, now after the fact It wasn’t luck that got the price, it was his efforts, advice and execution skills. Couldn’t recommend higher.
