Selling our home is something we had only done twice before, with quite a few years in between, and we intended to speak to several agents before making a decision, as we initially made a wrong decision last time round. We actually made it quite hard for Ben as we had decided to auction and we chose not to tell him what price we wanted for our home and only provided our reserve just before the auction started, but he took it all in his stride. Our house passed in but was sold just after the auction to the highest bidder for a price we were very happy with, thanks to Ben's negotiating skills. Ben continued to keep us informed and phoned me after settlement to let me know everything had gone through and to congratulate us and he even assisted the purchasers with further inspections after sale and with setting up a licencee agreement so they could move in before settlement. He certainly exceeded our expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone wanting a smooth sale experience.
