Ben is an abnormal agent because he is far better than a normal agent. He distinguishes between serious buyers and 'lookers' very quickly. He found a buyer in the first week on market and followed up with another serious buyer soon after. Furthermore he got me more than the price that I agreed to commit to contract - a very pleasant surprise! This is not the first time I have engaged Ben to be my agent as he never disappoints.
