He found a buyer in the first week on market and followed up with another serious buyer soon after. Furthermore he got me more than the price that I agreed to commit to contract - a very pleasant surprise! This is not the first time I have engaged Ben to be my agent as he never disappoints.

I am really disappointed that you hid the damage to the front door from me. It is very difficult to open and close and will be costly to repair. Plus, now I see that the carpet is damaged in a number of places and must be replaced. Shame on you on the front door.
