Ben also took my thoughts, feelings and ideas into consideration and went with my suggestion to setup a bidding war between many buyers by establishing a "submit your best offer" option, rather than advertise as an "offers over" scenario, which resulted in selling for $30,000 over the expected selling price. We were not just very satisfied with the final result, but the overall whole experience from beginning to end.
