Can highly recommend Ben as a sales agent for selling property. Ben is very professional and explained a few things about our plan of attacked which we loved. Ben is right on the money when listing.. We had our game plan all worked out and was very keen on going to Auction! However as we had our property with tenants - that changed at the last minute as we couldn't take photos. Ben was very quick to suggest another way - which was very good - I dont believe we even got to market.. The whole process was very easy and Ben was very hands on with communication along the way.
