There are agents and then some - I can highly recommend Ben - if you are selling a property, he wont disappoint. Both Hubby and I are very busy with a manufacturing company and Ben made the whole process a breeze. If you are selling Ben will sit down with you and go through the options - for us Ben dealt with the property manager and our Tenants - ensuring we didn't have to do too much. Ben was realistic with price range and the plan worked out very well without going to market. Ben communication to us very clear and professional - Ben followed up and advised us each step of the way. Ben has a very good understanding of the current market trends and knows the selling area really well. Ben is very friendly and it was just a pleasant experience for us. I am happy we sold in just one viewing and not going to auction! (I really wanted to attend an auction.) I will be using Ben again when we sell future properties as its so easy.
