Real Estate Agents as a rule have a bad reputation, and Ben had totally changed that for us. We were in the market for a property and another real estate agent was not interested as we were not ready at that time. Ben however asked us to sit and let him know what we were looking for so that he could keep an eye out and let us know and when we are ready just call. Truly a guy to have on your side! Excellent advisor on town & area, so well informed, in fact passionate, about Mudgee. Understood quickly my needs in an investment property, $ & location, fine-tuned after only 4 property visits in one morning. I selected that 4th one! As well as satisfying location & $ requirements, it was the tlc he had personally invested in the garden, advising the vendor to plant much needed trees, then planting them himself, that sold me! A gentle tiger to negotiate with, but still a tiger on vendors side! Next time trust he'll be on my side! Afterwards, nothing too much trouble for Ben, clear, factual advice to my Qs as this my first investment purchase, he even send me, in Sydney, a photo of the 'sold' sign on the property, such a sweet gesture, all of which instilled trust & spoke volumes about Ben's integrity. Well and truly a guy who goes beyond expectations for an Agent. Highly recommended.
After trying to sell our investment property with a different agency in Mudgee we decided after giving this agency two attempts over a year at selling it, without an offer, or much interest, that we should try a different agency. This is how we met Ben. After speaking with Ben on the phone, we were impressed with his knowledge, his reassurance that the property could be sold and his willingness to help us achieve this goal. Additionally, the Professionals Mudgee, did not charge us for ineffective, expensive marketing. Not living in the area, Ben went above and beyond, by arranging staging, including a few key plants and professional photos. Ben suggested adding trees to soften the look of the house, add value and attract interest. It was spot on advice and it worked. Ben not only sold our house before it went to market, he sold it for more than it was advertised for at the other agency.
