We bought our house through Shaun, Collie and Tierney. Shaun works for Ben, once Shaun excited us re this property, we agreed to purchase, things were great until final inspection, WE gave a longer settlement 6mnths as Vendors requested, Ben never introduced himself to us in this whole time to congratulate us or anything, until he was a bully after final inspection. There were things listed on the add that were no longer on the property, when asked why they made up a lie to say we said we didn't want which was never discussed. There were things not taken from the backyard that should of been, plumbing left middle of floor that should of been removed. When all was queried, Ben said all our responsibilty, different to what Shaun his agent had said. So we settled in good faith, wore all this. Within 5 mins of settlement i got a very rude text from Shaun saying he will not hand over keys to house, our house now that we had paid for, until money for few items of furniture we bought from owners of house was paid for, also lied about this. Once I went to property and made sure was there and all ok, then would do a bank transfer. Ben then took our house keys, went to now our property opened our front door and went in, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION and send if we don't send receipt for furniture straight away they would remove from house, would not hand over the keys. Spoke to my partner in a threatening manner as to where he worked, and used language that was not appropriate. It ended up with me going to the police station, having to report him. So i told them to take the furniture, table and couch, and get out and hand over the keys. So rude, abrupt, threatening like, trespassing and because they were thinking we were going to hold back the $650.00 because of the problems we had on final inspection. This was all happening whilst i was still at work, caused me and my partner severe stress, NO CONSIDERATION to us as the Buyers at all. As a Buyer, do not buy from them, BIG MISTAKE

Although our marketing was a bit slow to launch due to the unique nature of the property sale, Ben was upfront with information regarding interested parties. He sometimes had to be prompted to make contact regarding progress. At the end of our sale period he kept us informed as he dealt with the purchaser.

Ben did an amazing job through the pandemic with what was not the normal sale getting us a fantastic result , I would recommend Ben and his team at first national to anyone looking to buy or sell a property
