Great agent, would recommend!

Ben was friendly, always available, willing to listen and very happy to check-in with me to let me know where things were at and to work with me. I did not feel that he was exerting undue pressure and that he was very willing to adapt according to our wishes. He explained carefully what I needed to know and answered any questions that I had along the way. My only regret is that I have not had the chance to meet Ben in person as I live at a distance. I look forward to doing so. Given that we did not meet at the time I had the best possible experience in relating to Ben via phone and email.

Ben made himself aware of what we were looking for and then suggested the perfect house for us. Which we bought. He negotiated a price that we could afford with settlement to coincide with the house we sold. We found him dependable, honest and trustworthy. We would recommend him very highly.

It is usually fairly easy to find fault with people, but in the case of Ben Roberts , it is impossible. Selling a house is one of those super stressful events of life.
