Mr Ben Roberts of Integrity Real Estate Nowra was engaged to sell our property in central Nowra which was a deceased estate, the home of our mother. As such it was in the hands of two executors, one from outside the area and the other local. The two executors, sisters, had widely differing opinions and expectations as to how the sale should proceed, and the value of the property. During the initial sale period, Mr Roberts was diplomatic and patient as to not only the marketing strategy but respectful in considering the views of each of the executors.
