Ben communicated well and effectively throughout the sale process. While Ben wasn't working for me, since I was the buyer, he consistently went out of his way to assist me.

Ben was able to work to very quick timelines as we only viewed the property two days before going to auction! He was very accomodating to ensure we were able to complete all forms and building & pest as quickly as possible. Ben was also very transparent with us as first home buyers and made us feel very at ease with the auction and purchasing process. 10/10!

Ben was normal guy, with a sensible approach to our sale and the current holland park market. We had met with a few agents who would say great things about sale of our home but we felt they were a little ‘fake’ to say the least. Ben was fantastic, always had time to chat with us, nothing was a problem. He was calm on the auction day and really restored our faith in real estate agents. I am very happy to do a review on Mr Ben Salm who was our agent on selling our mums place after her passing away on the 3rd of December 2017. As you can probably imagine we were not copeing very well and this was a very hard thing to do.
