When we first visited the property there were two Ben's present, so given he was the tallest of the two he became known to my wife and I as big Ben! He was no nonsense and was very accurate in his property valuation. Without his direct approach I don't think we would have been so prepared at auction day and hence would not have been the successful bidder. His and cobden and haysons after sales service has been excellent and we will likely use him to sell in the future!
