Ben was very forthcomming in the begining however we felt later on that he was acting for the purchases more than us the vendors. It appeared that everything was being done to suit the purchasers with their demands. Ben did do his very best to appease us in the end and get us set up which we appreciate. but the whole procedure should not have been that stressful due to purchasers demands.
