Ben was very proactive in keeping the vendor informed over likely sales expectations and provided prompt commentary during the open house as to the numbers of interested parties and was very responsive in presenting contracts that resulted from offers immediately after the open house. Ben provided good analysis on the merits of each contract in terms of price and competing conditions which ultimately resulted in a contract that we were very happy with in terms of price and contained very few conditions.
