Ultimately the main thing is that Ben was able to sell our house for the value we wanted. Some highlight though: - considered approach, discussed different sales tactics and offered advice on what would be best for us - punctual with communication and inspections - we were novices in terms of selling and he was able to explain things to us that we didn’t know and needed to.
