10/10 experience from Ben and his team from the start. Extremely friendly yet professional with good knowledge. Prepared us well For our marketing and open home and Our results were exceptional. We are forever grateful for his service. Highly recommend
Ultimately the main thing is that Ben was able to sell our house for the value we wanted. Some highlight though: - considered approach, discussed different sales tactics and offered advice on what would be best for us - punctual with communication and inspections - we were novices in terms of selling and he was able to explain things to us that we didn’t know and needed to.
Ben managed the sale of a block of land for me. With his initial visit Ben went through various options and costs. Everything was up front and the whole experience was hassle free. Would recommend Ben to anyone looking to sell realestate.
Ben and his team were friendly professional and always made our experience at all the open homes fun . He was very patient with us as we knew what we were looking for and we just had to wait it out. He eventually helped us with our purchase and it was so easy and drama free. His team are also amazing and make you feel like friends and not a customer. Thank you team Ben Waugh we will totally recommend you to friends. 💯 Cheers Julie and Bob.
Knowledge of area was very good Was very very approachable and was always there for questions
Ben and Monét were very friendly and helpful with our purchase. Very experienced & knowledgeable with acreage properties. Highly recommend them as agents. Pleasure to deal with.
Great communication with Ben and his team, they were all extremely helpful and understanding in what is always a stressful time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Ben has a wealth of knowledge which we greatly appreciated as this was our first home purchase. He and his team helped provide information when requested and assistance with the whole process of buying a home. He also helped us to understand any unfamiliar systems in the home and continued to provide advice on managing our new home, often ahead of any requests. It's obvious that Ben knows the Real Estate industry well and particular the areas that he serves.
We can’t thank Ben and his team enough with the sale of our home. He was only ever a phone call away to help with any problem and went above and beyond every time. His knowledge of the market and ins and outs of real estate made him and his team a real asset to have on our side. It was an absolute pleasure working with you Ben.
Ben and his team made everything about selling my house so easy from the first visit, getting it ready to actually selling. They answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Would 100% recommend to any person looking for a selling agent. Thank you.
Think highly of Ben and his team at Ray White. Very knowledgeable of the area we bought in, and they were accommodating when we requested a few times to visit the home we bought. The sale ran smoothly on their side and would recommend Ray White to whomever I speak to in the future. Many thanks Ben and your wonderful team.
