We acquired Ben to sell our house from friends feedback and they were not wrong. He was great to deal with. He spent the time with us on how we should advertise and sell the house. Seamless organising from him and office staff of all the different people involved to get the house ready for sale. He kept us up to date with how the open for inspections were tracking and in the end getting us a price we were happy with. At all times we found Ben's approach to be measured, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The Covid-19 restrictions led to a more difficult sale process than expected, however Ben was professional and upfront with us and still managed to organise potential buyers to come through and within 2 weeks we had an offer. When you see the same name time and again on sale boards and on real estate ads, you know its for a good reason. We were also impressed by their network of agencies that shared information within the group. We had a unique property that was always going to have selective appeal. Someone would fall in love with it but it needed the right person to be looking. It might need patience. Ben was a stayer. He stuck with us and very diligently stuck to the task. When he did find the right person it didn't stop there. He gave us excellent client care throughout even including the time between contract and settlement. Ben acted as a very professional conduit to ensure the transfer went smoothly.

I have bought and sold several homes with different agents, however my experience with Ben Weeks has been the best so far. I originally bought an investment property from Ben in 2015. This went so smoothly that when it came time to sell a property I decided to use the same agent. Again the process was relatively smooth, just recently I sold a second property with Ben and again the service was outstanding from both him and the team at the Methven Professionals Mount Evelyn. This sale required extensive negations due to building reports and legal requirement, Not as smooth as previous sales. However Ben made it all so stress free, I can only imagine the behind the scenes running around that Ben and the team had to do, but I and my husband didn't feel one bit of it.
