Ben managed the challenge of selling our home against the lockdown restrictions with a top end sale price. Could have been very stressful situation but Ben managed to find a buyer within a week. Great communication throughout the process.
At all times we found Ben's approach to be measured, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The Covid-19 restrictions led to a more difficult sale process than expected, however Ben was professional and upfront with us and still managed to organise potential buyers to come through and within 2 weeks we had an offer.
