We first met with Ben 16 months ago to discuss the sale of our family home. At this stage he could see we weren't 100% committed to the sale, so gave us the space and time. Whilst being continually called by other agents Ben, left it to us until we finally decided on the time. In August we decided the time was right, the whole process was explained and with the market slowly picking up Ben recommended an Auction. The outcome was outstanding with 200k over the reserve being achieved. Ben's professionalism and history of great results truly showed on the day, when the pressure was on. Right from the start Ben understood what I needed. His market knowledge of Blackburn was impressive. Ben gave me advice as to what was needed to prepare the house for the inspections and the day of the auction. That fact that the auction couldn’t be on a Saturday didn’t seem to stop Ben’s enthusiasm in the weeks of inspections or the auction day. Ben was the auctioneer on the day and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional effort. Ben worked the crowd for what must have been an hour making sure that the best result was obtained. Ben didn’t stop until he had $350K over my reserve. I would recommend Ben and the Fletcher's team, it was amazing and I am so happy.

Throughout the entire process, Ben was transparent and professional about every stage of the selling process. He understood the emotional connection we had with our home and was fantastic at securing a great result, from which our growing family can now has an opportunity to move onto something larger.
