Ben gave me advice as to what was needed to prepare the house for the inspections and the day of the auction. That fact that the auction couldn’t be on a Saturday didn’t seem to stop Ben’s enthusiasm in the weeks of inspections or the auction day. Ben was the auctioneer on the day and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional effort. Ben worked the crowd for what must have been an hour making sure that the best result was obtained.
