While the market wasn't as favourable to vendors as we would have liked, and we had to lower our expectations price wise, we still sold our home and, overall, had a positive experience. In our experience, Ben communicated regularly, openly and promptly and was always pleasant and friendly to deal with, making himself available on Sundays and public holidays where required which exceeded our expectations. He represented us very well in negotiating the sale price and his professional service went above and beyond, extending to acquiring free/extra advertising post auction and helping us sell some of our furniture to the purchasers.

He guided us through the process thoughtfully and managed our expectations as the market fell during our sales campaign. Ben was polite and courteous with us (the half star off is because we felt he could've been a little firmer and more direct with us at times). Overall, great experience with Ben and we'd recommend him to friends selling in the area.

I’m not sure anyone looks forward to the process of selling a property and I certainly wasn’t. We identified Ben to assist us based on a number of transaction in nearby streets and are simply delighted with the decision.
