Ben Williams is a highly professional, personable agent and we would certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their home. His knowledge of the local market is extensive and he went out of his way to ensure we were happy with the way things were proceeding at all times. We were regularly updated with realistic expectations for our sale. A very positive experience on our behalf.

Ben Williams is a skilled auctioneer & highly experienced negotiation professional with genuine empathy towards his buyers & sellers

I would give Ben 100% for his work and personal help as our Auctioneer.

I met with a number of agents in the course of finding someone to help me sell the property. With Ben, it was always a case of first looking after what my requirements were rather than being dogged about getting the listing. At the end of the day, Ben delivered and my trust in him was certainly well placed.

Thanks Ben, for a great result selling our home at auction. We have enjoyed working with you and your team at Fletchers Blackburn during the very successful campaign. Cheers!

Selling our house with the assistance of Ben Williams and his team at Fletchers Real Estate was an extremely positive experience. From the moment we met Ben, we found him to be genuine, knowledgeable and professional. We liked his sales strategy and we found the team at Fletchers very helpful; they organised everything from signs, through to photos and house opens right on schedule and as per our expectations. We were delighted with the excellent result our house achieved at Auction last weekend and would like to acknowledge Ben and his team for their hard work, commitment and professionalism which ultimately led to a great result for us all. Ben and the wider team at Fletchers are all outstanding and we strongly recommend their services.

I highly recommend Ben Williams to any prospective vendor. I found Ben to be approachable and very professional in the lead up to the sale of my property. No request was too much trouble and he was very thorough in following up on and keeping me informed regarding market interest in my property. I felt Ben cared about realizing the best possible sale price for my property and I was delighted with the end result.
