Ben did a great job managing the campaign for my property and conducting the auction on the big day! Our property is unusual and defies the standard classifications. On one level, it is a 2 BR, 2 bath property - but is also has an office and a workshop. It is architect designed and maximises the availability of light and passive thermal energy. Ben dealt with our questions and the process very deftly throughout. He kept us well informed as to progress and the level of interest. I think he conducted the auction itself very well too. He kept the interest going and moving well without being overbearing or pushy with buyers - eventually achieving a result we were very happy with.
