Ben was highly recommended to me by family who have had several dealings with him. Right from the start Ben impressed me with his knowledge of real estate and gave me great advice on the preparation of my home. He always made himself available to my many phone calls and answer my questions at all times. I was more than happy with the sale of my home thanks to Ben. 10 out 10. Many thanks Ben. Mick Whiteoak.
Amazing Service, Ben guided us through the sale of my parents home of 45 years. His Honesty and professionalism from the start were evident. This team were all so professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank You for all you have done.
From our first meeting, Ben demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a deep knowledge of the local market. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, ensuring that every property we viewed aligned with my goals. His keen eye for detail and ability to identify potential issues saved me time and stress. During the marketing phase Ben was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and offer valuable advice. His responsiveness and commitment made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The property had its challenges , however Ben never gave up, stayed positive and never pressured us to take a lower offer. We were able to get an outcome that we were happy with. We I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.
Ben worked patiently and tirelessly to secure the sale and was courteous, communicative and informative at every step- Great to deal with, Ben’s experience shows👍🏻
We recently had the pleasure of working again with Ben Williams. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, dedication and most of all, constant communication was remarkable. Ben always takes the time to listen and understand our needs. He is also the greatest Auctioneer I have ever witnessed. His energy, charisma and engagement of the room is always incredible. We have been in the real estate game for a while now, so if you are looking for someone who truly knows the industry, cares about their clients and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Ben Williams of Fletchers Real Estate Blackburn.
Throughout the entire campaign Ben was fantastic to deal with. He took the extra time needed to make sure we were comfortable with every little detail and, especially just before the auction, all possible scenarios and outcomes. His communication was excellent. We received intermittent updates on how the campaign was tracking, as well as phone calls after every inspection. Face to face meetings were also never too hard for Ben to arrange. His insights into the property market and the minds of the potential buyers was invaluable. We always felt very comfortable entrusting the sale of our home to Ben and his team. Ben saved the best for last on auction day. He and his team were able to seamlessly manage the inclement weather on the day and pivot to an auction inside our house. He displayed his years of experience and finely tuned instincts as the chief auctioneer to deliver an amazing result for all parties involved. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ben to any future clients looking to sell their home.
Ben's experience really assisted the successful sale of our property before auction. His advice was spot on both with price expectations and how to handle offers. We would definitely use Ben again to sell a property.
Thank you, Ben, for guiding me through the sale of my home of 27 years in such an unpredictable market. From the start, your honesty and professionalism were evident. Your exceptional negotiating skills ensured a positive outcome for both me and the buyer. I truly appreciate your support and expertise. Thank you, Ben.
