Thanks Ben for selling my house. Not living in Lismore anymore and having to sell my house while living far away, Ben made a difficult situation easier. He communicated with me at all times during an extended period before and while the house was on the market. At all times he was only too willing to help with whatever needed to be done to get the house sold. And sold at a good price. I can not recommend Ben highly enough. If you are thinking about buying or selling in Lismore call Ben Conte.

We live in Sydney and the purchase was in Lismore. Ben went way beyond what you would expect including organising quotes for some work that was needed. Excellent service....thanks Ben

The process was far easier then expected as Ben handled all that was required in a timely and efficient manner. Great communication and very happy with his service of selling my first home.

Ben Conte made the whole process of selling my home a pleasure rather than a stressful experience. Professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful communicator - I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Ben!

Punctaul , informative and Helpful. Did everything that was asked by us. Would deal with Ben again no question

ben was a perfect agent

We had a property that needed a fair amount of work and a tenant who loved to tell prospective buyers of all of the deficiencies of the property. Ben was able to navigate his way through everything and got more than his original market estimate, so he knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

Ben was easy to deal with and made negotiation process smooth

Ben Conte I cannot recommend highly enough Have enjoyed positive dealings with Ben and his team, including Kaye and Gary, over many years. He is genuine, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful of all parties, impressive all round professional.

Would be happy to use Ben in future to both buy or sell.

Ben ... your effort in selling my mother's house in Goonellabah was exemplary. I really appreciated your quick attention to issues as they arose, and your ability to see effective solutions to the inevitable hiccups. I particularly valued your timely communication of developments along the way which helped the whole process run smoothly. I would recommend you, without reservation, to future clients ...
