Ben Conte has many professional and valuable assets as a Real Estate Agent. My partner and I found him approachable and personable to deal with, he showed genuine concern regarding anything from the smaller to larger issues of buying a house. As first home buyers, we found that Ben made an effort to inform us of the general workings and time frames and legal conditions of buying a home for the first time, and he gave us local knowledge and advice throughout the whole process. Ben went beyond the general duties, and made us feel that he was helping us as much as he was helping his client; offering a fair and equal attitude to the sale.
