We have dealt with a number of real estate agents over the years, but none stands out like Benjamin Martin. He provided an extraordinary level of customer service when we were selling our three bedroom apartment in Balmain Cove. His high level communication skills were very impressive. Weekly written reports were followed by phone conversations detailing the results of his follow up to Open Days. You always knew precisely what was going on. He anticipated your concerns and was pro-active. He returned phone calls and emails nearly always on the same day. His obsessive attention to detail (which is exactly what you want) was evident. He actively worked with the photographer to ensure the photographs were of the highest standard and from the best angles to show off the apartment. He gave sound marketing advice, secured extra marketing opportunities, managed expectations well and recommended an amazing stylist.
